Installation Lead — Custom Cabinetry (Lead Cabinet Installer) Green Bay, WI Metro Area | $35–$40/hour, based on experience
Job Responsibilities
A newly created leadership position with direct ownership of the technical side of every installation. The installation lead personally executes the most complex custom installs and directs a team of 10+ installers across four crews — precision woodwork (crown moldings, scribes, miters, bevels), on-site quality control, scheduling, job-site logistics, and mentoring of installers. The role serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners, GCs, and project managers, and works from MS Office and a cabinetry ERP system (INNERGY or similar), reading blueprints from a tablet.
- Full-time, hourly — four 10.5-hour days Monday–Thursday! OT as needed.

Qualifications
5+ years in custom and finish cabinetry (required)
2+ years leading a team
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Command of blueprints/shop drawings and specialized power tools on complex angles and premium finishes
Strong people-leadership skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Carpentry/installation certification and ERP experience are a plus.
