POSITION SUMMARY: This position installs prefabricated cabinets and hardware, providing exceptional service to our customers.

Compensation: Piece rate available as W2

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Measures and cuts the bases, pedestals, housing, shelves, doors, drawers and tops.
• Measures the wall spaces between appliances or fixtures, then measures and cuts all wood for cabinet parts.
• Assembles the parts and affix them to the walls.
• Hangs cabinets, shelves, builds pedestals and shells, lays tops and affixes door hinges, drawer slides and handles.
• Finishes the wood uniformly and smoothly.
• Cleans up the sawdust, discarded wood and product packaging.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Must have minimum two (2) years' experience as helper
• Must have experience in all phases of cabinet and millwork installation
• Possess the ability to read technical drawings, specifications, blueprints
• Must be willing to travel as required
• Must have reliable transportation and tools
• Must possess a valid Driver's License, and clear driving record
