Working as an individual contributor within a small team, this role demands precision and expertise with advanced spraying equipment and basic power tools to ensure a flawless surface appearance and durability.
Responsibilities
Prepare cabinet surfaces through cleaning, sanding, and material handling
Apply stains, paints, varnishes, and lacquers for finishing
Use advanced spraying equipment and basic power tools effectively
Match colors accurately to specifications
Inspect finishes for quality and consistency
Maintain equipment and workspace in line with safety regulations
Comply with all safety and environmental standards
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in cabinet finishing
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with spray painting and sanding techniques
