Here's what it takes to succeed with us.
- Previous experience in cabinetry, woodworking, millwork, or a similar manufacturing role
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements
- Proficient with hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to lift moderate to heavy materials (up to ~50 lbs)
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a production environment

Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and related materials
- Operate woodworking equipment such as saws, sanders, routers, and CNC machinery (if applicable)
- Assemble cabinet components, including frames, doors, drawers, and hardware
- Ensure all finished products meet quality and safety standards
- Perform sanding, finishing, and minor repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly output goals
