Location:
Oakland, CA
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, Morning Shift (Starts at 6:00 AM)
Pay:
$19 – $26 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a
skilled Wood Assembler
to join our team in crafting high-end, custom furniture pieces. This role involves precise wood fabrication, assembly, and finishing work—ideal for someone passionate about craftsmanship, attention to detail, and working with fine materials.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble custom furniture using precision measuring and carving tools
- Read and interpret detailed design drawings and specifications
- Perform accurate cutting, shaping, and fitting of wood components
- Ensure quality, consistency, and high standards of craftsmanship throughout the assembly process
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with designers and fabricators to bring creative projects to life
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in
woodworking, cabinetry, or furniture fabrication
required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain precision and consistency
- Proficiency with wood measuring tools, carving tools, and fabrication equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
