Cabinet Maker Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Build cabinets using power tools and hand tools with proper safety precautions
Follow plans to construct cabinets to specifications
Inspect cabinets for quality
Move cabinets to warehouse
Unload & store lumber supplies
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
Able to read tape measure
Able to read build plans
Operate table saw, miter saw, and various power tools
Follow instructions
PainterResponsibilities & Qualifications:
Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques
Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, or by other means necessary
Mix, match, and blend various primers, lacquers, and stains to achieve the desired color, consistency, and drying properties
Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks
Inspect paint jobs for quality
Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment
Previous experience in residential or commercial painting
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
Installer Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Install cabinets in a timely manner
Must have attention to detail & positive attitude
Able to communicate with peers and customers professionally
Able to lift and move 50 lbs or more with assistance
Able to read tape measure and level
Able to use power tools, saws, and hand tools
Must have valid drivers license to drive company truck to job sites
