We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our clients growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the assembly and installation processes of our luxury motor coaches, contributing to our clients mission of delivering exceptional craftsmanship and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Must have experience with the following:
- Trim Carpentry
- Case Work
- Woodworking
- Laminate Experience
- Stick Building
- Must display ability to build custom cabinetry
- Use hand tools: Knife, Chisel, Drill, Combination square, etc.
- Use power tools shut as table saw, belt sander etc.
- Assemble cabinetry with common joints: Rabbits, Dados, But & Biscuit joints, Pocket holes, etc.
- Laminate Cabinet surfaces including using Heat table to bend around radii.
- Grain matching Laminate: Drawer fronts, Doors, Bulkheads, etc.
- Free-form cabinet making from drawings, sketches, or ideas
- Problem solving, knowing how to navigate through the drawings and spot flaws
- Knowledge of Reveals and how to achieve proper Gaps on Doors & Drawers
- Operate CNC Machine to cut parts for cabinets/builds
- Loading cabinets into Coach
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Report all problems to supervisor
- Willing to perform other duties assigned by Supervisor/Management
- Follow safety guidelines and comply with OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Act) requirements
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Self-motivated and willing to work as a team member
- Genuine desire to produce high-quality, high-end products
- Must have 7-10+ years of experience
- Laminating experience preferred
Schedule:
- Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
- Monday- Thursday 7am-5:30pm with possible OT on Fridays
