We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our clients growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the assembly and installation processes of our luxury motor coaches, contributing to our clients mission of delivering exceptional craftsmanship and quality.
Responsibilities:
Must have experience with the following:
Trim Carpentry
Case Work
Woodworking
Laminate Experience
Stick Building
Must display ability to build custom cabinetry
Use hand tools: Knife, Chisel, Drill, Combination square, etc.
Use power tools shut as table saw, belt sander etc.
Assemble cabinetry with common joints: Rabbits, Dados, But & Biscuit joints, Pocket holes, etc.
Laminate Cabinet surfaces including using Heat table to bend around radii.
Grain matching Laminate: Drawer fronts, Doors, Bulkheads, etc.
Free-form cabinet making from drawings, sketches, or ideas
Problem solving, knowing how to navigate through the drawings and spot flaws
Knowledge of Reveals and how to achieve proper Gaps on Doors & Drawers
Operate CNC Machine to cut parts for cabinets/builds
Loading cabinets into Coach
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Report all problems to supervisor
Willing to perform other duties assigned by Supervisor/Management
Follow safety guidelines and comply with OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Act) requirements
Qualifications:
Ability to read and understand drawings
Self-motivated and willing to work as a team member
Genuine desire to produce high-quality, high-end products
Must have 7-10+ years of experience
Laminating experience preferred
Schedule:
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Monday- Thursday 7am-5:30pm with possible OT on Fridays
