What You'll Do as a Cable Assembler – 1st Shift:- Assemble cable products according to work instructions and specifications
- Read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Operate hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer requirements
- Track materials and maintain accurate production records
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete additional projects and duties as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Cable Assembler – 1st Shift Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds intermittently
- Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions in English
- Basic math skills and ability to interpret process sheets and SOPs
- Reliable transportation to the Faribault area
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to comply with required PPE standards, including eye, hand, foot, and hearing protection
