What You'll Do as a Cable Assembler:- Assemble various cable products according to specifications and quality standards
- Read, comprehend, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Operate hand tools and production equipment used in cable assembly processes
- Perform quality inspections and checks to ensure products meet required specifications
- Maintain and operate equipment used for setup, assembly, and production tasks
- Complete assigned production duties in a high-volume manufacturing environment
What You Need to Bring to the Cable Assembler Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Basic math skills and the ability to interpret process sheets and SOP manuals
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend work instructions in English
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Ability to wear required PPE, including eye, hand, foot, and hearing protection
