What You'll Do as a Cable Assembler:- Assemble cable products according to work instructions and product specifications
- Read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Operate and maintain production equipment and tools used during assembly processes
- Complete quality inspections to ensure products meet required specifications
- Accurately track materials used during manufacturing processes
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
What You Need to Bring to the Cable Assembler Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis
- Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions in English
- Basic math skills to interpret process sheets, SOP manuals, and production documents
- Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Commitment to following PPE and workplace safety requirements
