SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Cable Assembly Technician for a client in Addison, TX. The Cable Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling cables to exact specifications, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with provided guidelines. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $18 an hour as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shift Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm Responsibilities of the Bilingual Cable Assembly Technician:
- Prepare wires by stripping insulation, cutting, and handling conductors with precision
- Assemble cables by twisting wire strands and applying heat shrink and shielding according to specifications
- Perform crimping and termination of wires to connectors and terminals following assembly instructions
- Conduct testing using multimeters to verify continuity and functionality
- Inspect completed products to ensure they meet all quality standards and specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Required Qualifications of the Bilingual Cable Assembly Technician:
- Previous cable assembly or similar manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and specifications
- Experience using hand tools and basic testing equipment (multimeter)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
