Cable Assembler (RF / Microwave)

Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a hands-on Cable Assembler to join our team and help build high-quality RF and microwave cable assemblies. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a collaborative manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare, assemble, and inspect RF/microwave cables using established procedures
  • Prepping cables for soldering contacts and connector assemblies
  • Use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete assemblies accurately
  • Perform in-process inspections (workmanship, dimensions, etc.) to ensure quality
  • Record and track assembly and production data
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Suggest ideas to improve assembly methods and documentation

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience with cable assembly or similar hands-on manufacturing work
  • Ability to read drawings and follow written/verbal instructions
  • Comfortable using hand tools and basic measurement equipment (calipers, gauges, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic math skills

Nice to Have (Not Required):
  • Soldering certifications such as J-STD-001 or IPC-A-620
  • Experience with RF or microwave cable assemblies
Pay $20 - $26 / hour depending on experience
