Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented Cable Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Carrollton, TX. This role involves assembling fiber optic cable components while working with small parts in a clean production environment. Candidates who enjoy hands-on work, have strong manual dexterity, and can follow detailed work instructions are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble fiber optic cable components according to work instructions and quality standards.
Perform cable braiding and shielding processes.
Install end connectors accurately using hand tools.
Work with small parts requiring precision and attention to detail.
Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Meet daily production and quality goals.
Required Experience
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or a related environment is preferred.
Experience working with small components or precision assembly is beneficial.
Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience assembling fiber optic, electronic, or communication cables.
Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards and inspection processes.
