Cable Assembler – Direct Hire Opportunity

Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay: $19.50/hr

Overtime Available When Needed:

• Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Saturdays: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies based on customer specifications and work instructions
• Install connectors, hardware, labels, sleeving, heat shrink, and spot ties
• Perform hand testing and quality checks on completed products
• Use hand tools such as wire strippers, pliers, cutters, and heat guns
• Operate presses, wire stripping, and termination equipment
• Cut sleeves and tubing to customer specifications
• Identify parts and labels using part numbers and production instructions
• Follow production schedules while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Assist with additional production duties as needed

• Good eyesight and ability to distinguish colors

• Ability to read blueprints or manufacturing instructions is a plus, but training is available
• Ability to read and communicate in English preferred
• Reliable attendance and commitment to quality work
