Job Description

Cable Assembler - $25-$28/hr | Fremont, CA

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

We're hiring an Cable Assembler to build high-reliability electrical assemblies and wire harnesses. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role ideal for candidates with strong assembly experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble cables and wire harnesses from drawings/schematics
  • Cut, strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires
  • Build subassemblies using tools and fixtures
  • Follow quality standards, testing, and documentation
  • Troubleshoot and repair assemblies as needed

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of electronics, cable, or wire harness assembly experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Preferred: IPC/WHMA-A-620

Physical

  • Repetitive hand work; lift up to 30 lbs (50 lbs with assistance)
