West Sound Workforce is assisting a Poulsbo-based manufacturer of high-performance electrical and signal system products in seeking Entry-Level Cable Assembly Technicians to join their growing team.

This internationally recognized manufacturer creates precision components used in professional recording studios, film production, medical equipment, and high-end consumer audio/video systems. Known for innovation, craftsmanship, and quality, they offer a stable environment where motivated individuals can learn valuable technical skills and build a long-term career.

Reporting to the Production Manager, Cable Assembly Technicians work independently at dedicated workstations to build and assemble precision components used in industry-leading audio and signal systems.

Previous cable assembly experience is not required, but candidates should be comfortable working with small components, following detailed instructions, and learning new processes

Shift information:
  • Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
  • Upon permanent hire, schedule transitions to four 10-hour shifts each week
What you will do as a Cable Assembly Technician:
  • Assemble small-scale components using layout drawings, wire lists, and wiring schematics
  • Operate measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and scales
  • Perform wire cutting, stripping, soldering, and crimping using hand tools
  • Inspect and verify finished assemblies to ensure they meet strict quality and performance standards
  • Build precision cable assemblies used in professional audio, film, medical, and consumer AV applications
What we are looking for:
  • Comfort working with hand tools and small components
  • Ability to follow diagrams and written instructions accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Patience and focus when performing repetitive precision work
  • Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a supportive team
  • General knowledge of electronics is a plus, but not required
