Cable Technician

We are seeking Cable Technicians to support upcoming projects by assisting lead technicians with structured cabling and terminations. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting installation and connectivity tasks within active job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead technicians with cable pulling, routing, and termination (copper and fiber).

• Install and terminate network devices such as access points or related hardware.

• Follow directions closely to ensure proper installation and labeling standards are met.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to site-specific protocols.

• Communicate effectively with the lead technician and project team to complete daily objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cable pulling, termination, or related low-voltage work.

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to work early shifts and adapt to varying site requirements.

• Must bring basic tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, high-visibility vest, dust masks).

• Dependability and ability to start on short notice.

Compensation

• Pay Range: $21 - $30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).

• Some sites may require parking fees that are not reimbursed.

Additional Notes

• Candidates must confirm their availability for early morning start times.

• Technicians will primarily be assisting a lead, not running projects independently.
