Cable & Wire Assembler

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble cables, wire harnesses, and electrical components for large-scale water features and architectural installations

  • Follow work instructions, diagrams, and schematics to ensure accurate and consistent builds

  • Perform basic assembly tasks including cutting, stripping, crimping, and terminating wires (soldering experience is a plus, but can be learned)

  • Inspect assemblies for quality and functionality, ensuring all work meets WET standards

  • Work closely with production leads, engineers, and team members to troubleshoot and improve builds

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

  • Support additional production tasks as needed—flexibility is key in a dynamic environment

  • Work extended shifts (10–11 hours) and overtime/weekends as project demands require

What You Bring

  • Experience in cable assembly, electrical assembly, or a related hands-on role OR foundational mechanical/electrical skills with a strong willingness to learn

  • Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, or basic schematics

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a solid work ethic

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

  • Willingness to be trained and grow your technical skillset

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Prior experience with wire harnessing, crimping tools, or soldering

  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or similar industries

  • Familiarity with IPC standards or electrical assembly best practices
