-Install, pull, and terminate copper and fiber optic cables
-Mount, configure, and test telecom/network equipment (routers, switches, access points, phones, etc.)
-Use hand tools and test equipment (cable testers, ohmmeters) to diagnose and repair issues
-Perform site surveys, read blueprints, and document work performed
-Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, cabling, and low voltage issues
-Conduct field service visits to ensure systems and equipment are functioning properly
-Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
-Follow safety standards and ensure all work meets industry codes
-3-5 years of experience in telecommunications, structured cabling, or low voltage installation (preferred, but willing to train the right person)
-Knowledge of networking equipment (Cisco routers/switches a plus)
-Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and cable testing equipment
-Comfortable working indoors/outdoors, on ladders, and in confined spaces
-Valid driver"s license and reliable transportation
