Job Description
This mid-level CAD Designer role focuses on supporting piping and industrial projects within the oil and gas and related industries. You will produce high-quality 3D models and detailed design packages, including P&IDs, isometrics, and layouts, while working closely with engineering and project teams. The position supports multiple small-to-mid-size projects and helps maintain an efficient workflow as project volume increases, offering strong visibility, autonomy, and clear paths for professional growth.

Work Environment
This role is based onsite in Colorado Springs, with in-office presence required. The position begins as 100% in-office, with flexibility available after an initial period of approximately six months based on performance and business needs. You can expect to travel approximately 10-20% of the time to project sites or other locations as needed. The environment is a tight-knit, collaborative team setting where designers work closely with engineers and project managers using CADWorx, Civil 3D, and other CAD tools. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $43.27/hr.
