A leading manufacturing company is seeking a skilled CAD Production Drafter to join its engineering and production team. This role is responsible for creating detailed production drawings, engineering documentation, and technical layouts that support efficient manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in CAD drafting and production design, preferably within a millwork or manufacturing environment. They will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and project management teams to ensure drawings are accurate, manufacturable, and completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed CAD drawings and production documentation for manufacturing
• Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and shop drawings for production teams
• Interpret architectural plans and engineering specifications
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and production departments
• Revise drawings based on design changes and production feedback
• Ensure drawings meet company standards and manufacturing requirements
• Maintain organized drafting files and documentation
• Support production teams by resolving technical drawing issues
• Assist with product development and engineering improvements
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned drafting projects
Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of experience in CAD drafting, millwork engineering, production design, or a related field required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software required
• Experience working in a manufacturing or millwork environment preferred
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and production documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
