| Job Details: Job Title: CAD Operator Location: White Plains, NY 10601 Duration: 12+ months Payrate: $35.00 - $38.00/hr. on (W2) Work Type: Hybrid schedules are permissible with a minimum of 3 days on-site depending on assignment. Schedule: Monday through Friday 7.5-hour workday with .5-hour unpaid lunch, paid for time worked only Project Overview The CAD Operator utilizes Computer Aided Design (CAD) software to prepare detailed drawings for a design discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil/Structural) as necessary to accomplish construction and implementation of Generation and Transmission projects and/or system modifications based upon information provided by specifications, design criteria, scopes of work or conceptual sketches. Design packages are prepared in accordance with applicable regulations, codes, and industry standards. Design drawings are vital for the successful completion of construction projects to ensure reliable and safe facility operations. Some design knowledge is desirable. Job Functions & Responsibilities
