Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated CAD Programmer / Cabinet Vision Programmer to join a growing cabinetry team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for designing and drafting custom cabinetry projects using 3D design software while ensuring accuracy, functionality, and adherence to project specifications.The CAD Programmer will work closely with builders, homeowners, sales representatives, and production staff to bring cabinetry projects from concept to completion. This is an in-house, on-site position. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.Job Responsibilities

Create and modify cabinetry designs using 3D drafting software
Design custom cabinetry layouts for residential construction and remodeling projects
Read and interpret house plans, field measurements, and construction documents
Adjust design templates based on project specifications and site conditions
Interpret and revise drawings according to contracts, builder requirements, and customer feedback
Enter cabinet door orders and maintain accurate project and inventory data
Collaborate with builders, sales representatives, homeowners, and production staff throughout the design process
Conduct site visits to measure homes and consult on cabinetry layouts when needed
Perform quality control reviews on all drafted projects
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Proficiency with 3D drafting software such as Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, or similar programs
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math and geometry calculations
Understanding of cabinet construction methods and cabinetry design principles
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Familiarity with residential building codes and construction practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Cabinet Vision
Experience with Mill Vision
Experience with Sage software
Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, including scaling floor plans and reviewing construction documents
Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
Knowledge of cabinet door profiles, hardware, and wood materials
