Impact Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced
CAD Technician with excellent in Land Development for our clients located in Brentwood, Tennessee
.
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in land development; including site plan design, roadways, permitting, erosion/sediment control (ESC) design, and experience in stormwater management (SWM
). Utility work experience, i.e., laying out water mains, sewer (gravity or force mains), gas pipelines, etc. a plus.
Requirements:- Minimum 4 years of AutoCAD experience
- Minimum 2 years of Civil 3D experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of site grading and drainage
- Reviews rough sketches, drawings, specifications and other engineering data received from engineering staff.
- Interprets engineering data in order to effectively and efficiently complete assigned tasks.
- Completed detailed drawings from sketches, plans, specifications and written/verbal instructions using computer-aided drafting programs.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure drafting to include sewer, water and paving
- Ability to develop comprehensive construction document set
Additional Skills: - Identifying project scope and budget management
- Knowledge of MS programs such as Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
