Our Land Surveying team does it all, from ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys to topographic and boundary surveys, to hydrographic, transportation and utility route surveys, to right-of-way services and construction staking.ResponsibilitiesProvide construction staking calculations to field crewProcess field data into topographic surveys and ALTA/NSPS Land Title SurveysPrepare exhibits, layout property and easement descriptions.Download LiDAR and aerial photography from public domain siteOther duties as assignedQualificationsFluent in Civil3D (current versions)Fluent inAutodesk AutoCAD(current versions)OpenRoads Designer experience a plus3 or more years of CAD experience relating to survey and/or civil engineeringKnowledge of other related software (Trimble Business Center, GIS, etc.)Experience with scanning or other non-traditional surveying technologiesALTA/NSPS Land Title and Location Control Route Survey Experience is a plusRight of Way Parcel Plats and Legal Descriptions a plusRight of Way Engineering Plan Development a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
