Are you an experienced CAD Technician with AutoCAD Civil 3D experience in surveying or civil engineering? Our client is looking for a detail-oriented professional to support residential and commercial surveying projects by producing accurate, high-quality survey deliverables.
What You'll Do
• Prepare survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D from field data, notes, and project information.
• Draft boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and plat-related survey deliverables.
• Review field data for accuracy and identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Revise drawings based on field updates, internal reviews, and surveyor feedback.
• Maintain organized CAD files, templates, and drafting standards.
• Coordinate with field crews, project managers, and licensed surveyors throughout the drafting process.
• Help ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
What You Bring
• 2+ years of survey or civil CAD production experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience drafting boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, or plat-related survey drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
• Ability to read and interpret field notes, survey data, legal descriptions, and project documents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Florida survey records and platting requirements is a plus.
