1. You will focus on implementing company CADD standards in preparation of all work products in support of plan preparation. This includes team collaboration for updating and maintaining the company CADD standards and rollout of new company standards and templates, as necessary.

 

2. You will assist our civil engineers in the land development design process. This will include Grading and Utility (water and sanitary sewer) design, Erosion and Sediment Pollution Control design, Stormwater Management design, road alignment and profiling, Agency Permitting in support of various projects (Chapter 102, NPDES, Chapter 105, FEMA, etc.), quantity take-off and cost estimating, Land Surveying, and Construction Surveillance. In addition, various other tasks will be assigned to support the municipal engineering department. You will be expected to effectively interact with HEM staff, clients, and consultants to advance projects in a timely manner. Your work shall reflect attention to detail and compliance with company standards and external regulations.
