Our vision is to ensure the Long Gray Line remains the most highly connected alumni body in the world. USMA is renowned as the world's preeminent leadership development institution. The WPAOG seeks a Cadet Engagement Coordinator to support the Alumni Support department’s Cadet Engagement Program. The Cadet Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating activities that foster meaningful connection between WPAOG and the Corps of Cadets, their parents, and surviving spouses. The role also supports cross-departmental collaboration on shared events and requires regular coordination with USMA personnel. The Cadet Engagement Coordinator is responsible for developing event budgets, reserving venues, initiating contracts and internal paperwork, and acting as the point of contact during engagement events. The position supports annual initiatives such as R-Day, the Cadet Basic Training BBQ, and the annual cadet survey. The coordinator gathers data, tracks expenditures, analyzes cadet feedback, and recommends new engagement opportunities aligned with WPAOG’s strategic priorities. This position plays a key role in preparing materials and agendas for internal Engagement Committee meetings and ensuring coordination among WPAOG departments in support of mission-related programming. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. The role requires the ability to lead meetings, create agendas, and document meeting outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, initiative, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
