King O’Rourke Cadillac, family owned & operated for almost 50 years is seeking to hire an experienced Cadillac Selling Sales Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manager, train and lead a team of automotive Sales Professionals
• Be a strong closer engaging customers early in the sale to maximize gross
• Actively support, encourage, and motivate the sales team daily to maintain high productivity
• Maintain the standards of integrity, trust, and respect among our dealership and with customers
• Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up.
• Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals 
• Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service
• Work closely with the sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods

We are seeking to hire someone with the following skills:

• Prior automotive experience mandatory
• Strong sales experience mandatory
• Knowledgeable, motivated & assertive
• Passion for customer retention and strong CSI
• Commitment to building a team with employee retention as the core
• Experience in building sales volume using organic, digital, and traditional sales and marketing strategies
• Outgoing personality with excellent verbal/written communication skills along with strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent communication, follow-up and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Ability to work within a fast paced environment
