Cadworx Plant Mechanical Drafter

Our client, a leading organization in the natural gas industry, is seeking a Cadworx Mechanical Drafter to join their team. As a Cadworx Mechanical Drafter, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Design and Drafting Teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support the Lead Plant Designer by assisting with as-built projects and drafting tasks
• Maintain and update mechanical drawings within an AutoCAD environment for natural gas facilities
• Prepare and complete as-built drawing packages for meter and compressor stations
• Manage and update multiple 3D model sets, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D piping design
• Proven experience with plant and process piping P&IDs
• Hands-on experience with CADWorx Plant Professional (required)
• Strong understanding of P&ID symbols and industry terminology
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
