DOEKeyword's: #Livoniajobs; #Analystjobs.Start Date: ImmediateJob Description:Job Summary:The CAE Analyst II (Multi-Body Dynamics - MBD) performs multi-body dynamic simulations to solve realworld engineering problems in the automotive, aerospace, entertainment, and industrial segments. TheCAE Analyst II (MBD) builds engineering-dynamics models, runs simulations, generates reports, andpresents the results to internal customers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Build MBD models for various applications in the automotive, aerospace, and entertainmentindustries using commercial CAE tools such as ADAMS.* Run MBD simulations to convergence, postprocess results, and provide engineering analysis.* Develop detailed reports to support customer presentations.* Develop Python scripts for workflow automation.* Learn new CAE tools and techniques quickly.* Manage analysis files according to company data-retention policies.* Collaborate with various groups within the CAE department to enhance predictive accuracy andreduce development cycles.* Able to execute projects with minimum guidance, including direct communication withcustomers, and develop effective design solutions utilizing CAE tools.* Effectively handle more than one project simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-qualitydeliverables.* Support new technology and process development.Education and Experience (required):* Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with coursework in Kinematics,Dynamics, Vibration, and Numerical methods.* Experience in Kinematics and Dynamics modeling.* 1-3 years of MBD modeling experience.Education and Experience (preferred):* Master"s or Ph.D. in Engineering, Physics or Mathematics.* Experience in writing process automation using Excel VBA and C functions.* U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident allowing for International Traffic in Arms Regulations(ITAR) compliance.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (required):* Knowledge of mechanical systems, 2D and 3D mechanisms, automotive suspensions, andvibration isolation principles.* Good attention to detail and ability to use hand calculations and free body diagrams to validateinput and results.* Excellent problem-solving ability.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (preferred):* Proficiency in multi-body simulation software (ADAMS, MATLAB, SIMPACK. etc.).* Experience with full vehicle MBD models.* Experience with real-world data integration and experimental validation.If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
