Essential Responsibilities - Prepare beverages and garnishes for bistro/bar.
- Set up dining room tables.
- Take tableside food orders and deliver to residents in an organized, timely and courteous manner. When appropriate, offer available options to exceed resident expectations.
- Ensure that all bistro/bar areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner and in compliance with established infection control procedures. Including proper work attire and following proper grooming and hygiene principles.
- Deliver food carts to designated places and ensure carts are returned to kitchen.
- Collect and remove trash and garbage to designated containers.
- Clean work areas, dining room and bar/bistro, equipment.
- Wash bar glasses using approved procedures.
- Assumes all other position related responsibilities as assigned.
Education, Training, Experience - High school diploma or GED required or preferred
