We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 an hour plus tips

Minimum Qualifications:
- One or more years of cooking experience
- Experience in managing and upholding safe working conditions
- Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures
- Understands the functions of the point-of-sale (POS) and phone system
- Demonstrates proper cash-handling and turn-in standards
- Understands and demonstrates proper side work and cleanliness standards
- Demonstrates proper service sequence with guests and understands their needs
- Understands dining room flow mechanics
- Understands reservations procedures
- Understands how to communicate banquet information and take preliminary bookings
- Must be dependable
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be able to take direction
