miFLAVOUR is a modern French-style bakery caf known for exceptional coffee, handcrafted pastries, and an elevated guest experience.

We are looking for a full-time Assistant Caf Manager for 35-40 hours a week who is passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and creating thoughtful moments for every guest. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a quality-driven caf environment and is excited to grow with our team.

A love for coffee and desserts is a must!

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading by example and maintaining high service standards
  
• Following and improving caf systems and daily operations
  
• Ordering product and maintaining inventory
  
• Handcrafting high-quality espresso drinks
  
• Assisting with seasonal drink menu creation
  
• Learning the flavor profiles and quality expectations of all menu items
  
• Building genuine relationships with guests and the miFLAVOUR team
  
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming caf environment
  

We d Love to See

• At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role
  
• Strong coffee knowledge and espresso skills
  
• A people-first, team-oriented attitude
  
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
• A flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
  
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
  

Compensation & Benefits

Starting wage is $20+ per hour depending on experience

Tips are shared and average approximately $3 additional per hour.

We are currently offering a $300 bonus for someone who remains employed as our assistant cafe manager for 90 days.
