Job Location: Tulsa, OK 74136SUMMARY The Customer Service Associate member is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, crafting high-quality coffee beverages, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. They act as the "front line" of the business, engaging with customers, handling transactions, and ensuring efficient service during fast-paced shifts.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greeting Customers: Welcoming customers immediately and warmly upon entry.Taking Orders: Accurately taking orders via the POS system, noting customizations (roast preference, dairy, syrup).Drink Crafting: Preparing and serving hot/cold beverages (espresso, lattes, pour‑overs, teas, cold brews) following specific recipes and company standards.Quality Control: Dialing in grinders, measuring coffee, and ensuring the correct texture/temperature for steamed milk.Food Prep: Preparing and serving food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and soup.Restocking: Constantly replenishing cups, lids, syrups, pastries, and dairy products to maintain workflow.Inventory Tracking: Monitoring stock levels and notifying management of low supplies.Opening/Closing: Setting up or shutting down equipment, sanitizing machines, and balancing the cash register at the end of the shift.Cash Handling: Processing cash and credit‑card transactions accurately.Providing a positive and cheerful customer service to all staff, students, and visitors to Victory.Assisting in prepping food and drink areas in Victory Café.Managing weekend shifts and scheduling.QUALIFICATIONS Food Handlers PermitBarista Knowledge is preferred but not required.Customer Service orientedAttention to DetailAbility to multi‑taskGood communication skills, including written and verbal skills.Some experience working in a POS system and cash handling.Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Physical Requirements Moves, lifts, carries and places merchandise and supplies weighing less than or equal to 35 pounds without assistance.Frequently reaches overhead and below the knees, including pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, bending, stooping, crouching and twisting with or without bearing weight.
