NU3S is hiring a Head Cook / Kitchen Supervisor to lead kitchen operations while working hands-on alongside the team in our busy café. This role combines cooking, team leadership, training, inventory management, and quality control. If you're an experienced kitchen leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For Experience as a Head Cook, Lead Cook, Kitchen Supervisor, or Kitchen Manager with hands on cooking experience ServSafe Certification  Strong leadership and communication skills High-volume food service experience preferred Café, deli, bakery, QSR, or fast-casual experience a plus

What You Will Do

• Prepare and execute menu items while maintaining quality and presentation standards
• Lead, schedule, and support a growing kitchen team
• Train staff on food preparation, safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and kitchen productivity
• Manage inventory, ordering, and waste reduction
• Maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and operating efficiently
• Support menu execution, specials, and process improvements
• Partner with management to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience
• Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume café environment
