Mid-Level Cook – Nu3s Market Café, Queens

Nu3s Market Café, has recently opened and is looking for a Mid-Level Cook to join our small kitchen team. This is a good fit for someone with solid line experience who's comfortable working multiple stations and following recipe cards. 

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items following our recipe cards
• Work multiple stations during service as needed
• Prep ingredients ahead of and during shifts
• Support the Senior Cook and Head Cook with daily setup and breakdown
• Help maintain food-safety and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen
• Assist with inventory and stocking as needed
• Communicate clearly with the rest of the team during busy periods

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of cooking experience in a café, QSR, or fast-casual kitchen
• Comfortable following recipes and working efficiently across stations
• Reliable, punctual, and steady under pressure
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• ServSafe certification a plus
