Prep Cook – Nu3s Market Café, Queens
Nu3s Market Café is opening soon in Queens, and we're looking to hire a part-time Prep Cook to join our team. If you've worked in a café, quick-service, or fast-casual kitchen, and are comfortable in a fast, steady environment, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Prep ingredients and cook menu items following our recipe cards
- Support the line during service and help across different stations
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to food-safety standards
- Assist with inventory, deliveries, and general kitchen setup
- Jump in with dishwashing and back-of-house tasks when needed
- Work with a small team that communicates well and stays focused during busy periods
What We're Looking For
- Experience preferred in a QSR, café, fast-casual, or high-volume kitchen
- Solid prep and basic cooking skills
- Ability to follow recipes, stay organized, and multitask
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe certification is a plus
