About the Role

As the Shift Supervisor, you'll help lead our café team during lunch service, ensuring guests receive exceptional service while supporting daily operations. Our café offers a variety of fresh menu items, including hot and cold sandwiches, fresh salads, appetizers, specialty coffee drinks, and more.

This position is perfect for someone looking for consistent daytime hours with leadership responsibilities in a fun, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and support the café team during peak lunch hours.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with preparing and serving food and beverages, including coffee drinks.
• Keep service running efficiently during high-volume periods.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards are maintained.
• Coach and motivate team members while leading by example.
• Work closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry.
• Some supervisory, shift lead, or management experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
