KORE CAFE in Springfield, TN is looking for an energetic and passionate Cafe Team Member to join our growing crew! Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly, efficient, and welcoming manner
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other cafe drinks to order
• Handle food preparation, including sandwiches, pastries, and other menu items
• Operate a POS system, process payments, and handle cash accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with food safety standards
• Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and communicate needs to management
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient cafe operations during peak hours

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cafe, coffee shop, or food service role preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, outgoing attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and POS transactions
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must meet local food handler certification requirements or be willing to obtain one
