Role Description This part-time, on-site Cafe Worker role is based at MAIN & MADISON in Franklin, IN. The Cafe Worker is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, ensuring orders are accurate and presented according to cafe standards. Daily tasks include taking customer orders, operating the point-of-sale system, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized service area. The role involves following food safety procedures, restocking supplies, supporting opening and closing duties, and collaborating with team members to deliver friendly, efficient service. Availability for peak hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, is expected.
