SALARY: GRADE 57 - $2,618.01 monthly - Starting Salary

WORK LOCATION: Rowland Norment Elementary School

GENERAL DUTIES:

To manage food production and service, purchasing, storage and inventory of food and supplies, equipment and facility management, personnel management and supervision, record keeping, nutrition education, sanitation and safety, professional development, food reports, and other duties appropriate for a cafeteria manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A high school diploma.
• Valid North Carolina Drivers License.
• Minimum of two years of experience in food service.
• Certification as a child nutrition manager through the American School Food Service Association is desirable.
• HACCP training is required.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
