The Cafeteria Supervisor will:

• Prepare and maintain employee records and schedules for cafeteria, and provides coverage for roles/shifts as needed. Monitors and controls labor hours to assure budgetary compliance.
• Lead weekly team huddles and facilitates café staff meetings to communicate updates, reinforce priorities, and support team alignment and performance.
• Develop and implement cafeteria-specific policies and procedures and ensures effective communication for both new hires and existing staff to support consistent operations and compliance.
• Ensure cafeteria is set up in accordance with departmental standards and ready for service by designated time. Ensures re-stocking of shelves is completed in a timely manner throughout the day.
• Review and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and accurate processing of corrections. Directly handles cafeteria refunds, complaints and escalated customer service issues.

Requirements:

• Associates'' degree preferred.
• Two (2) or more years leadership experience supervising food service personnel desirable.
• ServSafe certification within 6 months of employment in current position.

Salary Range: 53,672.00 - 85,868.00 USD

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
