Job Summary
We are seeking a Cook to join our team! As a Cook, you will be working in the kitchen each day to prepare the food portions, serve students. You will also maintain a clean, safe working environment by staying on top of dishes, the food preparation areas, and keeping the kitchen itself clean and tidy. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, enjoys working with children in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working on your feet for long stretches of time. 


Responsibilities 

• Assist in preparing and portioning food for the cafeteria
• Restock food and cafeteria items as needed
• Serve children
• Maintain a clean work environment at all times
• Follow all food safety guidelines 

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity with best practices when it comes to food safety desired
• The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
