Position Overview Café Associates participate in a structured Workforce Development Program designed to build leadership, customer service, and transferable workplace skills through hands-on experience in café operations. Participants gain confidence, professionalism, and independence to support long-term employment success. Please note: This is a part-time, temporary role lasting approximately 4–8 week Key Responsibilities • Assist with daily café operations, including food preparation, cleaning, and customer service. • Learn and apply safe food handling and sanitation practices. • Provide friendly, professional service to all customers. • Work collaboratively with team members to meet café goals. • Participate in training sessions and feedback meetings focused on skill development. • Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and accountability throughout the program.
