Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Atomic Cafe, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Train and supervise all café team members, including setting performance standards and conducting regular evaluations
• Create team schedules, manage shifts, and address staffing needs as required
• Develop and implement a training program that emphasizes cleanliness, meets or exceeds sanitation requirements, and complies with all food safety regulations
• Oversee cash handling, financial transactions, and end-of-day reconciliations
• Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing any issues or feedback promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food safety certifications
• Monitor and manage budgets, including tracking expenses and revenue to meet profitability goals
• Schedule and oversee all equipment maintenance, including cleanings and inspections
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplies to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the visitor experience and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal departments to create special event menus and seasonal offerings

Requirements:

• 5 years of progressive responsibility in food service management.
• Proven experience in managing staff and operations in a food service environment
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
