Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude during difficult situations.
• Ability to learn and understand property events and relay the information to guests.
• Ability to exhibit appropriate discretion while receiving complaints, and notifying the correct personnel.
• Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to obtain and maintain a New Mexico Gaming Work Permit.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year experience is customer service preferred
• 1 year cash handling experience
• Previous teller or cage cashier experience preferred
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
• Regular exposure to bright lights and high noise level.
• Regularly required to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to occasionally push or pull up to 50 pounds.
