Job SummaryResponsible for assisting the supervisor in carrying out on-site warehouse management work, directly participating in and promoting picking, packaging, recheck, and shipping preparation operations to be completed on schedule within the shift. This position requires ensuring on-time delivery (OTD), achieving efficiency goals, and collaborating with supervisors and teams to manage inventory quality/accuracy (reducing wrong picking, missed picking, wrong goods, damage, and inventory anomalies), while strictly adhering to SOP and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities1. On site operation progress: Assist the supervisor in implementing the shift plan, follow up on the process rhythm of picking, packaging, review, labeling, loading/pre shipment preparation, etc., inspect and control the rhythm of key links, and ensure that orders are shipped out on time.2. Timeliness and efficiency management: Monitor the progress of orders/waves, promptly identify reasons for delays, and assist in adjusting personnel/work sequence. Follow up on daily/hourly production capacity indicators and assist in achieving efficiency targets (such as processing capacity, unit hour efficiency, wave completion rate, etc., according to company standards).3. Inventory Quality and Exception Handling: Assist in implementing inventory quality standards, reducing issues such as wrong picking, missed picking, wrong goods, damage, and retention. After discovering inventory anomalies (such as non conformities, retention, and discrepancy orders), isolate, record, report, and follow up on corrective actions according to the process.4. Teamwork collaboration and on-the-job guidance assist in leading the shift: personnel division of labor, on-the-job guidance, correction of non-standard work behavior, and assistance in filling positions when necessary. Support training for new employees/temporary workers to ensure they master SOP and quality requirements.5. Safety and on-site management: Ensure that personnel comply with warehouse safety regulations (such as channel/shelf safety, stacking standards, PPE, forklift/equipment safety, etc.), maintain 5S and on-site cleanliness, and reduce safety and quality risks.6. Data and shift handover: Record key shift data and abnormal situations, complete shift handover communication, report progress and risk points to the supervisor.1. Recent graduates or more than 1 year of on-site warehouse experience.2. Capable of on-site rhythm management and able to drive output in a fast-paced environment.3. Have basic data awareness and be able to understand efficiency/timeliness/error related indicators.4. English communication skills (able to conduct pre class meetings, on-site instructions, and brief presentations; if applicable).5. Capable of standing/walking and providing on-site assistance in the warehouse environment (according to the actual physical requirements of the position).Preffered1.Have experience in outbound/fulfillment/picking and packaging.2.Have experience in operating WMS/fulfillment systems (able to handle exceptions or view inventory status).3.
