Responsibilities:

• Design and decorate cakes for various occasions, ensuring each creation meets our high standards.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to develop seasonal and themed cake designs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of decorating supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by customizing cakes to meet client specifications.
• Stay updated on cake decorating trends and techniques to enhance our offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cake decorator or in a similar role within a bakery environment.
• Strong artistic skills and a keen eye for detail in cake design and decoration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of various cake decorating techniques and tools.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Culinary degree or certification in pastry arts is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Be able to carry up to 50lbs.
