Part Time Cake Decorator
As a Dunkin' franchisee, we are seeking part time cake decorator to join our team of cake artists. Hours are flexible, approximately 20 hrs/wk and can be completely independent!
Key Responsibilities
- Decorating cakes, clown cones and polar pizzas according to design standards.
- Maintaining consistent inventory to sell with a production goal of 4 cakes/hour
- Managing cake and icing inventory
- Managing cake decorating station to include preparing icing's, stocking, and following all sanitation procedures
- Maintaining a positive, friendly working relationship with guests, team members and leadership
- Stocking and maintenance of product displays according to quality and merchandising standards
- Potential for working in other areas of the restaurant
- Receiving and processing online, phone, and in person cake orders

Physical Demands
- Standing on feet
- Repetitive motion including bending, stooping, and reaching
- Lifting objects including boxes, baskets, and pans up to 50#
- Working in a variety of areas (cross trained)
- Strict uniform requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices
Additional Responsibilities Include
- Understand end-product specifications and monitor product quality
- Identify and escalate product quality issues as identified
- Ensure equipment is used as designed
- Maintain a clean and organized staging area
